I've got it! I strap this pump onto Vector, though it dosen't look like a pump, it looks more like a shot needle, but with this one, it contains a substance that gradually makes you inflate, until you EXPLODE! The only cure for this is to eat 3 cans of baked beans in 5 hours.

now, before I say my way, why are we killing Vector? O.o He's a cool character.
 
 
 
anyways, simply put...
 
I'd first make him walk into a dark room, where he can't see his own hand in front of his face.
 
Then I'd turn on the lights, and he'd be strapped to a chair. Finally, the finished touch; I'd force him to watch a 300 hours montage of chick flicks. either he dies from the movies, the lack of food or the electricity that will be sent into his body every time he yawns
