Saw the midnight showing to Prometheus. Turned out to be a neat enough prequel.

My friends and I went to the local game shop, Ottos, and picked up 6 games. Among these are Demon's Souls, Dante's Inferno, IGPX, and some other good ones.
Dying a ton is getting boring.

Also saw Prometheus, was quite impressed. Even if some of the characters really bother me. Incidentally; if you haven't seen this yet, well... See this:

@Pickle: those actual game characters are probably just gonna get a cameo at best, just so they can be used as a lure to make people watch it
...and it's gonna work, of course =B

Re: The everyday thread
I had no clue what the movie was going to be about ill I saw this. I am obligated to watch it, cause it's about video games (and not cause it has Eggman...but if it had Sonic
for some reason than maybe
cause it had Sonic)
also, I find it kinda weird that the main character Ralph, is basically a knock-off of Donkey Kong (judging from the game he is in), and Bowser is in here meaning a Mario series does exist in that world, so wouldn't Donkey Kong exist?
so... today.
...
...
Absolutely BORED
for some reason
(maybe it's cause all my Xbox friends have Battlefield premium, and I can't use my money to buy battlefield premium)
...
I blame college, and im not even in yet.

Re: The everyday thread
Well Donkey Kong and Donkey Kong knock-offs can exist together in real life, I don't see why they can't do in the movie-verse. Albeit with some lampshading, no doubt.
Also Blizzard: Modern Eggman is the only 3D rendition of the good doctor that we have. So it would only make sense to use his character model.

I see you have forgotten about Sonic Generations, in which there were two.

Re: The everyday thread
Fair enough, but we may have missed the point somewhat. The point is:
Robotnik, Zangeif, M. Bison, Q-Bert, Bowser and a ghost from Pac-Man*
are all in a Disney movie.
Even if they are just one-scene cameos, that's pretty amazing, especially when you consider the copyright trouble; and those are just the ones we
know of
so far.

Re: The everyday thread
So been at my sisters house for a few days...turns out while my house was being tented it got broken into...my stuff is fine (surprisingly...considering all the weapons we had around) but I guess the big tv in the living room is gone, my grandmas laptop and jewelry gone, the old mans valuable coins are everywhere...my grandma knows and the sheriff was called...so..I go home tomorrow to check the damage for myself...my roommates ended up finding out so they called and checked everything out...but ya...that's what happened in the past few days ._.

Re: The everyday thread
Holy crap! well... I keep finding myself surprised of these kind of things, but it's friggn Bakersfield soo... shoot.
("Another fine day in Bakersfield. Meanwhile at Bo's house")
My glasses got messed up (a screw got undone somehow while I put on the gaming headset), and I can't find our glasses repair kit with the only screwdriver small enough to fix it... crap. At least I had my last pair of specs, but everything's a tiny bit... blurry-ish (like someone turned the sharpness down a few notches on a tv) and I think it's making my eyes hurt.
(but does not explain the recent earache... for that I blame Adam... or these headphones/earbuds my mom gave me, which are
literally
sometimes
too
awesome)
oh, lately (including today) I have been playing Battlefield nearly non-stop since I got this premium membership thing. (a purchasing of all upcoming DLC and whatnot)
so far, loving my new guns, and living it up before they're figured to be too awesome and get crapified in a patch.
the AUG is my baby, L86 shoots fast with little kick, using Spas-12 to shoot walls of lead, and a M5K for bullet hosen their heads.
BUT... I now draw. For me, for you, and for the expansion of my crap in the gallery.
